Calypso Learning Services

Calypso’s Middle Tier is a series of applications and processes which performs Risk and P&L analysis (runs-calculates the price and/or valuation data), and stores information for display in the Calypso Workstation. Risk and P&L reports cannot be viewed in the CWS unless they have been configured in, and run through the Calypso Middle Tier Risk Servers. Calypso’s Middle Tier Risk Servers comprise of the Calculation Server, Presentation Server, Market Data Server, and the Market Tier Database.
